Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Miami (onsite)
Salary: $48K with uncapped commission
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Effectively represent the company through efficient phone calls, emails or in person meetings to introduce the company’s lending solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to complete loan applications
- Identify and quantify potential clients, assessing their business needs
- Communicate clearly with clients, lenders and the underwriting team to facilitate a quick turn time on funding term loans and commercial lines of credit
- Reach out to clients and gather necessary documents to complete loan applications
- Educate clients about the company’s lending solutions, including the terms, rates, and repayment options available.
- Strategize and consult with clients to ensure best in class service level standards
- Utilize Salesforce to track the status of your activity and loan pipeline
- Continuously identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial industry is preferred but not required
- Goal orientated, a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced work environment
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service and support to clients.
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand a client’s financial needs and develop customized lending solutions.
- If you have used Salesforce in the past, great! But if you haven’t, get ready to learn.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting and lending principles preferred but not required.
